Overlooking the Mississippi river at Guttenburg
One of many springs which feed into the Upper Iowa river
Marty and put in at cattle crossing road and ran the river to our campsite at Ranndy's
Which made it an 18 mile run. not bad for not getting on the river until after 1:00 pm.

Chimney rock and a mile stretch of other palicades line this section of the upper iowa river
about 4 1/2 miles from where we put in.
We fished all after noon and the only fish caught was a 3" small mouth.
Not a bad campsite view.
