August weekend.

 The weekend is over and school starts tomorrow.


We got the kayaks out on the water down in the Green island bottoms for a shake down cruse.


It was a beautiful weekend with temps in the mid 70's, low humidity and clear sky's

 The marsh was alive with herons, egrets, ducks, turtles with several types of lilies and wild hibiscus all a bloom.




















Back home the gardens are in full production.

  grilled cheese burgers back home. Along with sweet corn smores and mojitos all an all a pretty great day.






After our bike ride around town we stopped in to see Kyle and Alisha's progress on their yurt site.
