After 34 years of teaching it's my last day of school with kids.
And a special thanks to the love of my life, for saying we can do this.
These guys said lets meet at the River ridge brewery to celebrate.
After that they said: "Let's go to Odd Fellows for one".
I thought I'd see the boys there. But, to my surprise there was so many more friends, family and coworkers who came out to help me celebrate.
Jerry and Gail made it up river, too.
But, the best surprise came all the way from Colorado. Seeing Beau brought out all the tears.
His plan came together perfectly. He said there is no way I'd suspect a surprise party at
Odd's because Mom would never go there.

Oh and this crew too.
It was great having our family back together again.
Susie and Beau did a loop to look and listen for birds.
Susie heard two indigo buntings.
Jerry is glad to have him home too
Once we got the yard looking good Beau and I hit the stream.
I told him I hadn't had much luck in that hole
and he pulled out a nice Smally
And this beautiful 18" Brown!
