Today is a big day for them.  Cynthia has a major surgery today in Omaha.

Ten Days and Counting

I checked in on Ohlert's bees and ran in to Jace and Steelbelly.  Then I took a rock run out toward Roly and wet a line.  I fished the pond with a little popper and caught a large mouth and a blue gill.
I did an ally run and checked out the progress on Jerry and Gails garage.
Back home I unloaded, stacked and laid down  my rock haul.  Progress is being made.
Day nine, Road Trip.

Twelve

Down to twelve days...   I got the yard work done in the am and then it was off to Springbrook for the neighbor girls wedding celebration.  Just 22 years old.
Claira, one of our favorite young gals caught the boutique
We followed this up with more live music down at the Mill.  Ryan and Mary biked down and the band tore it up.

13 Day to go.

I switched to one of dads old fly rods and fished Little Mill

After the Friday after noon club we drove by the demolition of St. Joes  Where I taught Jr. High Science for 11 years.
Just down the road Moragn and Deven had a turtle feed.  With entertainment by Bryce and Keith.
Many of the Kids I taught in jr high, now have familys of their own and were there.
Just a half mile down the road from home ....   You can't beat that!

Holding on to Memories

Holding on to some memories while letting others go is what we've been dealing with as we started the process of cleaning out Kendo's house.  The girls have been hard at it contacting contractors to upgrade pluming and electrical services.

"Got Junk" rolled in and made quick work of cleaning out the house.
Then we looked in the attic.
When we cleaned out my folks house out, we had a different method of disposing some of the household items.
The girls did set aside some choice items: cooler, trash can, moroccas and thermoses for the Tsunami Bus.

To every thing turn, turn.
 "New" seat covers.

They go well with the New York taxi cab beaded seats.
